About me

I have worked at a senior management level for over twenty years and have extensive product knowledge, marketing and sales experience. Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of developing new housing options, near market rent (1997), shared equity (MyChoiceHomebuy), HomeBuy Agency, self-serve home ownership websites and consistently achieved success by creating and implementation a commercial and sustainable approach. I have led teams through significant growth and change helping over 5,000 families into home ownership. I  member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a former member of, The Intermediate Market Advisory Group – helping shape and inform the strategic direction of the National Housing Federations lobbying and policy work on intermediate housing, alongside wider investment and funding issues. I frequently speak at national conferences on marketing, emerging products and lender relationships.
